Some of our services in this package include:
Full day coverage by two (2) coordinators on the day-of (typically ends at 11pm)
1 two-hour meeting within 6 weeks leading up to the big day to discuss details and do final hand off
Contacting and confirming all vendors
Creating a detailed event timeline for all parties (vendors, bridal party, family, etc.)
Coordinating ceremony rehearsal with officiant
Directing and supervising all set-up and décor of event venue(s)
Coordinating all event details and troubleshooting as necessary
Managing proper placement of all details for ceremony and reception (programs, escort cards, favours, candles, etc.)
Preparing and cueing bridal party and family for ceremony and reception events
Assisting photographer in family/bridal party shoot if needed
Distributing final payments to all vendors
Access to our emergency database of vendors if needed
Unlimited email and phone consultations within the 6-week period
Fulfilling any custom requests
